A. Registration for football lasts for the entire months of May, June & July each year.

Q. Where do I sign up?
A. Please register online on our website. Click on the registration button during the months of May, June & July each year.

Q. Can we request a coach?
A. You can make requests, however in a program of this size it is impossible to grant every request. We do review every request.

Q. What equipment do we need?
A. The association supplies the helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads and pants with pads. You supply athletic supporter and shoes (no metal cleats).

Q. How do we get the equipment?
A. You must show up with your child at one of the equipment handout nights to get your child fitted for the equipment. There are three nights in July to choose from so make every effort to get to one of them.

Q. When do they practice and play games?
A. The practices are determined by the coach. At the beginning of the season there will be more practices. After the season starts the practices are generally less. Game nights can be Monday - Thursday night and Saturday. We do not make those schedules.

Q. What if I don't think the equipment fits correctly?
A. The equipment was fitted to each child at the time it was issued. Helmets are supposed to be tight to prevent injuries. Have your coach look at it and if there is a problem, your coach can get it resolved.

Q. How are teams formed?
A. We try to form teams by neighborhoods and schools.

Q. When will we know what team we are on?
A. You should get a call from the coach within a day or 2 of receiving his roster. Coaches receive their rosters at the coaches clinic at the respective high school (Blaine or SLP).

Q. When and where are practices?
A. Each coach determine his own practice schedule. We suggest no more thean 4 nights a week until the season starts. After the season starts we suggest 3 times a week. Example: 1 game and 2 practices or 2 games and 1 practice.

Q. When are game schedules completed?
A. Schedules are usually not completed until the week before the season starts. This is because we are part of a league consisting of teams from several communities.
